I RECIEVED THE LEUPOLD MARK AR 3X9 WITH A 40MM OBJECTIVE MIL-DOT RETICLE ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND WAS PRETTY SKEPTICAL ABOUT A $300 TACTICAL OPTIC EVEN IF IT WAS MADE BY LEUPOLD. BUT I REALLY THINK THEY HIT THE MARK WITH THIS SCOPE. I MOUNTED THIS SCOPE TO A DANIEL DEFENSE AR WITH 16" BARREL AND THE RESULTS WERE PRETTY GOOD. IT IS A VERY CLEAR OPTIC AND HOLD ZERO VERY WELL. THE YARDAGE MARKS ON THE ELEVATION TURRETS WERE ON UP TO 600 FOR SOME AMMO AND WERE OFF FOR OTHERS BUT I FOUND XM193 TO BE THE BEST MATCH. EYE RELIEF ISNT THE BEST BUT WORKS FOR THE MILD RECOIL .223/5.56 ROUND. ONE DOWNFALL IS THE 1/2MOA ADJUSTMENTS WHICH IS 3" AT 600YARDS AND 5" AT 1000YARDS MAKING A PRECISE SHOT THROUGH A HOLE OR SUCH A LITTLE DIFFICULT. BUT FOR $300 BUCKS I DEFINATELY WOULDNT OVERLOOK THIS OPTIC. IT IS A "GO"
